Recently there has been an increase of fraudsters using stolen credit/debit card details to pay for their club66pro memberships. When the real owner of the credit/debit card subsequently reverse the payment, we also pay a fine to WorldPay for accepting a fraudulent payment. It is clearly an expensive event for us.
Consequently we are monitoring all transactions. We will cancel any payments that look suspicious.
Typically, when we are informed (by WorldPay) of a string of refused transactions (because the cards have already been reported as stolen), usually by users based in Nigeria, using foreign issued cards, any subsequent successful transaction by the same user, will be cancelled by us.
We will also be suspicious of any transaction where the user refuses to enter an address whilst entering the card detail, or the address looks fake or clearly has a wrong country entered.
We apologise if your transaction gets cancelled in error, but it is your card, and your money we are trying to protect.
